Mercury/Tohatsu front bracket with ISC valve. From a very low hour motor. Came from a 2008 Mercury 30/25 Jet EFI 4 Stroke Outboard. Came from a great running motor that was damaged in an accident on the roadway and was paid for by the insurance company. Works as it should. Tested.
